米国の景気対策法案成立、エネルギー・環境関連が多数

Obama 大統領は217日、7,970億ドルの景気対策法案(Stimulus Plan)に調印した。

非常に多岐にわたるもので、金額の大きいものは以下の通り。

個人減税 1,162億ドル

Medicaid コストの州への援助  871億ドル
教育費の州への援助  536億ドル
失業補償   358億ドル
高速道路、橋の補修  275億ドル

小さなものでは、地デジ変換のためのクーポンの継続として、650百万ドルが含まれている。

注目すべきはエネルギーや環境関連のものが非常に多く含まれていることで、以下のような事業が含まれている。
再生可能エネルギー関連が多い。ほかに省エネ住宅、公共交通、ハイブリッドカー、同用途の電池の推進などもある。

Authorize an additional $1.6 billion in renewable energy bonds and $2.4 billion in energy conservation bonds to finance state and local government projects.
