LyondellBasellの最近の事業の概況をまとめた。
2007年12月20日に、BasellとLyondell Chemical との合併が完了し、LyondellBasell Industries が誕生した。
2007/12/24 LyondellBasell Industries 誕生
同社の体制は以下の通り。
１） オレフィン＆ポリオレフィン事業
LyondellBasellのポリオレフィン能力は、世界最大である。
また、他のメーカーのほとんどがLyondellBasellの技術をいくつか使用している。
